In this component of programming you can expect:
A detailed consultation with Jackie to get an accurate snapshot of where you are currently, and any essential details about your health and lifting history that are needed to put your program together
Personalized nutrition goals along with a comprehensive set of resources to educate you to eat for your goals and a healthy lifestyle in and out of prep
A personalized workout program on our LIFT Health Co. app for home or the gym
A Facebook group and Google Drive with a TON of learning resources and support tools.
Access to ask questions Monday through Saturday anytime through the day (quick response times to all messages)
Weekly Check Ins to ensure we are setting realistic goals, achieving them and communicating a plan for the week - ultimately ensuring you are feeling your best mentally and physically
Complementary Posing Session each month (done virtually or in person depending on where you live)
