What is the Membership?
It is an option for those who are looking for more of an independent approach to their workouts and nutrition, with access to all of the resources and app perks that our 1:1 Coaching Clients have.
Who is it for?
Women looking for a general workout program to work on independently.
Intermediate level - should have some awareness of how to execute basic movement with proper form.
Should not have any pre-existing or current health concerns or injury.
Custom beginner or postpartum programs can be done by request - please email jackie@lifthealthco.com
What is included?
We have two, low-cost options to choose from:
Silver Membership
Access to a full, video-guided workout plan that you can do from home or the gym
Access to the in-app accountability calendar
Intermediate Program (should have some experience lifting weights)
$8.00 + GST/ month (CAD)
Gold Membership
Access to a full, video-guided workout plan that you can do from home or the gym
Ability to add your current macro intake for accountability with FREE changes
Access to the in-app accountability calendar
Access to ALL client resources and learning tools
Intermediate Program (should have some experience lifting weights)
