For us as coaches, the first step is seeing where you are at.
We have a REAL conversation in your FREE CONSULTATION so that we can see if it is an appropriate time for you to head down the road of prepping for a competition.
We always recommend that athletes interested in competing enter what we call a “pre-cut” phase (duration varies for each athlete), so that we can ensure you are in optimal condition (nutritionally, hormonally, mentally, etc) before we continue down the road of competing.
What is included in a competition prep coaching package?
TWO experienced, certified Personal Trainers with Pro and World stage experience.
Customized Workout Program
This is catered to the athlete and can be done from home, the gym or on the go - we will customize it all for you.
Personalized Nutrition and Macro Goals
We do not restrict you with a meal plan! Even in competition prep, we want you to include foods that allow you to work with your body and mind.
Your macros are looked at and taken into consideration each week upon check in.
PEAK WEEK PACKAGE - Science based, healthy approach to peak week. We do not cut salt or water.
Access to your coaches via our app or video 12 hours a day, 6 days a week for any questions, concerns or comments.
Check Ins each week to ensure we are on the right track, making changes as needed and you are feeling great mentally and physically.
ONE complementary posing session per month, with discounted posing sessions throughout if more are needed.
Complementary coach travel when competing with WNBF Canada.
We do not charge extra to be there for your show day!
